It has versatile properties, perhaps most commonly known for its calming and relaxing qualities, just what you need after a potent face workout. It is also believed to treat anxiety, sleeplessness, skin conditions like eczema, and help soothe nausea and menstrual cramps.

Neroli

When applied to the skin, Neroli essential oil intensely moisturises the skin and boosts the natural process of cell regeneration. It helps fight acne, promotes a good night’s sleep, treats stress, depression and anxiety, and manages pain and inflammation.
