Before using your Gua Sha for the first time, gently bathe the crystal in lukewarm water for 5 minutes to activate its energy. With each full moon, allow it to rest under the moonlight for a profound energetic cleanse and renewal.

Gua Sha Tutorial:

1. Cleanse & Prepare

Make sure your hands are clean and your face is freshly cleansed.
Wash your Gua Sha with mild soap and water before your first use - and after every session.

2. Hydrate & Nourish

Spritz your face generously with our Glowin Mist 100% organic Lavender Hydrosol
Apply 2–3 pumps of facial oil - we recommend our Glowin Elixir - to your décolletage, neck, and face.
Take a few moments to gently massage the oil into your skin. This helps warm up the tissue and enhances absorption.

3. Sculpt & Glow

Hold your Gua Sha at a 0–90° angle against the skin.
Use light to medium pressure, adjusting depending on the area you’re working on.
Move slowly and mindfully
Perform your ritual in front of a mirror for controlled, precise movements.

Contraindications:

ROSACEA

Avoid using the Gua Sha directly over areas affected by rosacea, as it can increase heat and irritation. However, it’s safe and also beneficial to use gentle strokes down the neck to help stimulate lymphatic drainage and support circulation.

ACTIVE ACNE BREAKOUTS

Do not use the Gua Sha directly over active breakouts. Instead, glide around the affected areas carefully. You can still treat your neck and décolletage to promote overall skin health and relaxation.

OPEN WOUNDS

Never use the Gua Sha tool on open wounds or broken skin.
