1. Company Information

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all services, digital content, physical products, treatments, workshops, and trainings provided by Glowinface Institut d.o.o., registered at Kidričeva 35, 5270 Ajdovščina, Slovenia, European Union, with a secondary business address at Šmartinska cesta 56b, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, European Union (“Glowinface”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing, booking, accessing, or otherwise engaging with our website and any of our services, you (“Client”, “Customer”, “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Online Memberships

  1. Glowinface offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription-based memberships providing access to online programs.
  2. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
  3. No refunds will be issued for renewals where cancellation was not made in advance.
  4. All membership content, including but not limited to exercises, techniques, videos, and structured programs, is the exclusive intellectual property of Glowinface (see Section 7).
  5. Membership content is hosted by Good Tripper LLC (Instill Video). Limited personal data is shared solely for service provision.

3. Accredited Teacher Trainings

  1. Glowinface Certified Online Face Yoga Teacher Training consists of pre-filmed and live sessions.
  2. Glowinface is accredited by IPHM (https://www.iphm.co.uk/).
  3. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure participation.
  4. Full payment must be received before training commences.
  5. Installments: Up to four (4) installments may be agreed.
    • 48+ hours before start: Refund available, excluding deposit.
    • <48 hours before start or after commencement: No refunds. Transfer to the next annual training may be offered at Glowinface’s discretion.
    • Once access to the training platform is granted, the program becomes non-refundable.
  7. Medical Exception: With a valid medical certificate, transfer to a future cohort may be granted.
  8. All training content is Glowinface’s intellectual property. Certification allows teaching only under Glowinface’s conditions.

4. Workshops & Masterclasses

  1. Registration is confirmed upon payment.
  2. Reservations are held for 48 hours after sign-up.
  3. Cancellations & Refunds: 48+ hours before – refund available (excluding deposit); under 48 hours – no refund; transfer may be offered at Glowinface’s discretion.
  4. Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
  5. Installments: Up to four (4) installments may be agreed, payable before commencement.
  6. All content is Glowinface’s intellectual property.

5. Studio Services

  1. Studio services are booked through Lime-Booking (Adanta d.o.o.).
  2. Cancellation Policy: First cancellation <24h before – tolerated; further cancellations <24h – full fee charged.
  3. Disclaimer: Studio services are wellness and beauty treatments. They are not a substitute for medical care. Clients must consult a doctor if in doubt. Glowinface is not liable for adverse reactions or injuries during or after treatments.
  4. Any exercises or practices shown are undertaken at the Client’s own risk.

6. Physical Products

  1. Products are sold within the EU only, shipped via GLS.
  2. Delivery is typically 3–5 working days; Glowinface is not responsible for carrier delays.
  3. Returns: Within 14 days if unopened/unused (per EU law). Used/opened products are non-returnable.
  4. Defective/damaged items will be refunded or replaced.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. All Glowinface content, methods, programs, treatments, and materials are proprietary.
  2. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, teaching, or commercialization is prohibited.
  3. Breaches may result in legal action.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

  1. All Glowinface programs and services are for wellness, self-care, and education.
  2. They do not replace medical advice or treatment. Clients should seek medical clearance if needed.
  3. Participation is voluntary and at the Client’s own risk.
  4. Glowinface is not liable for injuries, health issues, or adverse outcomes during sessions or independent practice.
  5. Glowinface disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Payments

  1. Payments must be completed prior to service delivery unless an installment plan is arranged.
  2. Deposits are non-refundable.
  3. Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Slovenian law and applicable EU law. Disputes fall under Slovenian jurisdiction.
