The Face Yoga Level 1 workshop is designed for anyone who wants to learn the basics of facial exercises and myofascial release techniques for the face, neck, and scalp. From the neck up we have more than 50 highly interconnected muscles. Some become tense and overactive over time, others weaken and atrophy – yet all of them need to be in optimal alignment and condition to support a youthful, healthy appearance. Due to this complex interconnection, facial muscles must be activated in the correct order – starting with the larger, stronger muscles and gradually progressing to smaller and weaker ones.
At Glowin Studio we have structured the Face Yoga workshops into three levels: beginner (Level 1) and advanced (Levels 2 and 3). Completion of Level 1 is a prerequisite for joining the advanced levels.
