I came across Face Yoga in 2014 and had never looked back. It has drastically improved the quality of my skin but most importantly my health, and well-being. Now I wish more people could experience the same transformation.

This is how I found my inner calling and desire to spread the fantastic benefits of face yoga with the world. Driven by this goal I have visited numerous workshops, connected face yoga to like Chinese medicine, study face diagnosis in Europe and in the United States, but most of my knowledge came from reading and learning on my own. Intrigued by the fact that we can train our facial muscles too I read numerous books about facial anatomy, function and structure. This is how Glowinface face yoga programs were born.

Our small, but ambitious team is wholly dedicated to building a positive and empowering community around Face Yoga and introduce a better way of living.

We all know exercise is good for our health, but we often forget to train muscles in our face as well to feel and look better. Glowinface is a new holistic approach to beauty, which helps you battle the effects of aging the natural way and enables you to shine from the inside out.

It is our mission to spread the word about the benefits and healing powers of Face Yoga all over the world and really make it mainstream. Say bye to sagging skin, double chin and wrinkles on your face. Your journey to a glowing face starts here.

Since 2014 I have held Glowinface face yoga classes in many different countries; USA, Belgium, UK, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Dubai, and Bali to more than 2000 participants. Gathering the knowledge and experience I decided to make this so potent workout mainstream. In 2018 I created an online version of my signature 5-week face workout program and started offering individual online sessions worldwide.

In the past, I’ve collaborated with different beauty companies in Italy, Dubai, Bali, and Slovenia doing staff training to educate beauty experts about the importance of facial exercise. I was even invited to speak about Face Yoga at different health and wellness congresses, university classes and introduced it to health practitioners and doctors in Slovenia.

In collaboration with doctors and physiotherapists I’m now working on new programs focusing on the healing benefits of face exercises. I have also developed a teacher training program available to anybody who would love to learn all about Face Yoga and face mapping and teach this amazing method.
