Buccal or intraoral massage is a massage taking place inside your mouth. Yes indeed, in this workshop you will literally learn how to plump & lift your face naturally – from the inside out. This massage can be performed in the spa by the esthetician or… in the comfort of your own home – by performing it on yourself. If you decide to do it yourself you have to make sure to learn the right technique. We are here for you to teach you how to do self-buccal massage correctly and effectively.

Using circular movements on the skin while creating light pressure from the inside out will help you release tension from often too tense masticatory, cheek and mouth muscles, returning them to their optimal state, improving blood and lymph flow and reducing water  retention. Buccal massage is a great natural alternative to dermal fillers. After performing this massage you will feel super relaxed, plumped, energized and your face will radiate an amazing glow. 

Our facial muscles come in layers. Some facial muscles sit on the top while others are being hidden in the inner parts of the face. In order to target and train all of the muscles and follow their connections we have to go inside the mouth and work from there.

While the buccal massage works on releasing tension and relaxing the whole face, our signature Glowinface intraoral exercises work on toning, lifting and returning volume to the lower and upper cheeks and lips, sculpting the jawline, lifting the corners of the mouth and removing so called “bags” on the sides of the chin. Our Glowinface exercises work on resistance training as this is the only technique that builds and tones your muscles permanently. In this workshop you will learn how to perform one of the most potent face exercises correctly and how to schedule your face workouts.
