What makes the Glowinface program so effective?
Created in collaboration with dentists and physiotherapists this program is based on in depth knowledge of facial anatomy and muscle connections. In 5 weeks we will walk you through 15 staple exercises working out all areas of your face. Besides sculpting and lifting your face, reducing wrinkles and sagging skin this program will help you release tension from your face which might be the cause your headaches, migraines, pain in the jaw, teeth grinding and clenching. Through 10 workouts and guided emails you will understand how your face actually works and learn how to reduce the signs of aging naturally. You will also get insights into Face Mapping. The first thing to understand is that Face Yoga is not a Facial massage and as the point of face yoga is not superficial “sliding” over the skin but muscle activation using resistance and opposite resistance. Our hands play a big role in face workout as well:
- adding additional pressure to the muscle so it has to work harder
- and in protecting the skin from wrinkling
To be able to achieve firm pressure using hands you should avoid using facial oil in your face workout practice.
The best product to use before your face workout is a good quality hydrosol/mist and a serum. After finishing your face workout it is recommended to nourish the skin using facial oil.
As everything you put on your skin before / during and after your face workout penetrates deeper into your skin we recommend you for that matter choose clean and highest quality skincare. Karin is an entrepreneur, creator, and the driving force behind Glowinface. She stumbled upon Face Yoga during her personal struggle with burnout and hormonal imbalance, which manifested in her overall well-being and facial appearance. Dealing with facial muscle tension, headaches, migraines, and teeth clenching, she also experienced lymphatic stagnation, resulting in a puffy, rounded face known as the “moon” face.
Beyond physical changes, Face Yoga played a pivotal role in reducing stress and rebalancing her hormones, leading to improved focus and increased energy. Recognizing the life-changing impact of Face Yoga, not only for herself but also for her 50-year-old mother, Karin decided to share this transformative practice with the world.
Over the past decade, she has delved into comprehensive studies of facial anatomy, aging processes, traditional Chinese Medicine, and face reading. Her expertise spans face exercises, acupressure, gua-sha, cupping techniques, and fascia release.
