1-1 CONSULTATION

A 1-on-1 online consultation hour is suitable for everyone who has already completed the basic and/or advanced Glowinface programs.

Knowing the exercises and having your muscles activated prior to meeting with myself will give you better insights into how face exercises work and by doing the exercises you will have more questions needed to be answered.

In this hour you will learn everything about your face; what your gravitation type is, how your face is actually aging, which areas require more attention and how to structure your workouts for best results. I will also show you advanced exercise options, acupressure and massage just for your face.

How are advanced workouts different than 5 week program?

  1. Each workout focuses on your most concerned area of the face
  2. The exercises are structured in a super potent sequence
  3. They consist of STATIC and CARDIO exercises
  4. They include FACIAL MASSAGE and ACUPRESSURE

When doing the 30 min workout for one area of the face your muscles work harder and so they get stronger (but you have to have all muscles fully activated). The cardio version gives more volume to the muscles while facial massage and acupressure offers complete relaxation and lymph drainage.
