ORDER PROCESSING
Sales taxes will be calculated at checkout where applicable.
We typically ship your order within 24-48 hours of receipt. Where possible, we try to ship the same day. During peak periods, there may be a delay of one day (but we sure try hard to avoid that). Overnight shipments receive priority processing. Order status with your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships from our warehouse.
SHIPPING – SLOVENIA AND EU
All Slovenian orders ship by GLS while EU orders ship by GLS and DHL EXPRESS.
Estimated time is about 1-5 business days.
Shipping rates depend on your region and can be reviewed at checkout before placing your order.
SHIPPING – INTERNATIONAL
All international orders ship by DHL EXPRESS.
International express courier takes about 3-5 business days for most regions.

Payment of additional duties and taxes may be required before your order is released from customs, depending on the delivery address. We do not accept returns from international orders.

CUSTOMS
While we do everything we can to make sure your order is cleared customs, we advise that you check with your local customs, before importing anything into your country that may be stopped or have charges applied. Glowinface will not be liable for charges in the case of your shipment being stopped, charged for or disposed of at customs.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We love our customers and your satisfaction is very important to us. We believe you’ll be completely satisfied with your products and we will accept any full size product, unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of initial purchase.
What if I received an order with broken items, missing items, or my package is missing?
Please contact Customer support as soon as possible after receiving your delivery or when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 30-day return/exchange policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.
Can I return kits?
Kits are only eligible for returns or exchanges if all of the pieces of the kit are included in the return and items are unused in original packaging. Returns received that have not been discussed with Customer Care that are not in compliance with our Return Policies will be held for 7 days until we receive the return form. If outside the 30 day return timeframe, products will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following:
- Skincare and beauty items that have been opened, tested or partially used
- Online face workout programs
- Gift Cards
Steps to return/exchange product(s)
STEP 1: Contact our Customer service
To return/exchange an item online, please contact our customer service team at returns@glowinface.com . Our team will be happy to assist you.It is important that you contact Customer service before you send in a return or exchange. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to customer service.
STEP 2: Leave a note with:
(inside the package)
- your name and surname
- your order number
- item(s) being returned
- Include the reason for return

STEP 3: Pack Your return
When sending your item(s) back please make sure your package is securely wrapped.
We recommend you use a recorded delivery and retain your proof of postage. Please note, Glowinface does not accept liability for goods in transit or the cost of return.
Refund Time
We aim to process your return within 5 working days. The refund will be made to the same card or PayPal account used to make the purchase. Please note, it may take 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account – this will vary from bank to bank.
