HOW ARE ADVANCED WORKOUTS DIFFERENT THAN 5 WEEK PROGRAM?

  1. Each workout focuses on your most concerned area of the face
  2. The exercises are structured in a super potent sequence
  3. They consist of STATIC and CARDIO exercises
  4. They include FACIAL MASSAGE and ACUPRESSURE

When doing the 30 min workout for one area of the face your muscles work harder and so they get stronger (but you have to have all muscles fully activated). The cardio version gives more volume to the muscles while facial massage and acupressure offers complete relaxation and lymph drainage.
